Kern Council of Governments (Kern COG) requests proposals from qualified consultants for on call support services to the regional transportation model on an hourly basis. The project will be on call support from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. Kern COG reserves the right to renew this contract annually for up to three years.

Kern Council of Governments invites the submission of proposals for professional services to assist in the preparation of a Preliminary 2014 Regional Transportation Plan Sustainable Communities Strategy. Kern COG is requesting the assitance of a consulting firm to prepare a Preliminary SCS document integrated into the RTP that will provide an opportunity for Kern COG's member agencies and area stakeholders to have an early look at what the Kern SCS will likely contain.
